US Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal required contractor support to help enhance its services by measuring its customer satisfaction.

June 2019: US Department of the Treasury awarded a 3 Year Contract to SD Solutions, LLC to develop and conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

The overall scope of the contract includes development, implementation, data gathering/analysis, and reporting of customer satisfaction surveys
