SD Solutions, LLC Awarded 4-Year Contract for Cybersecurity Support Services at SAMHSA

SD Solutions, LLC was recently awarded a multiyear contract by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). SD solutions will supply comprehensive information security and privacy support services under the guidance of the SAMHSA Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Senior Official for Privacy (SOAP). The joint efforts of SD Solutions and SAMSHA will result in the full implementation of a comprehensive information assurance program capable of responding to Federal and HHS Departmental mandates and the continuance of a risk-based posture flexible enough to respond to the changing nature of information security and privacy threats. SD Solutions will provide the expertise, technical knowledge, program management, governance, compliance, privacy, and technical operational support to ensure the program’s continued development into a mature platform characterized by formal, repeatable processes, and quality customer service, along with performing analyses to ensure security controls are consistently implemented. 

With this award, SD Solutions adds SAMHSA to their growing list of Government clients, which includes more than ten federal agencies as a prime contractor.
