SD Solutions provided different services and conducted a climate assessment of the Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Division (CREEOD) because of the recent changes within the agency. The Civil Rights staff of three agencies merged to form the FPAC CREEOD. The merger caused issues within the agency to arrive including cultural and substantive differences between the three. The SD team collaborated with the team on hand to evaluate the merger is coming together and asses the effects it has on the agency members. They will provide recommendations on what to improve for increase unity, collaboration and effectiveness within the CREEOD atmosphere.
The engagement was a success because of how well SD Solutions proactively addressed USDA’s problems. Project tasks were completed on schedule, within budget, and with the highest-quality results.
