Application Development and Enterprise SharePoint Support

US Department of Commerce required comprehensive application and process life cycle support including, but not limited to, technical assistance and systems support and enhancement services for OHRM’s General Support Systems (GSS). The systems that OHRM/OPM&IT maintains require regular and routine application life cycle support including, but not limited to, scheduled and emergency maintenance/support, debugging, troubleshooting support, security support, and support of data transfers from the National Finance Center/Personnel Payroll System and other Federal agencies and institutions, as needed. The enhancements, upgrading and modifications to these systems (including modifications to the data download procedures) were required. All applications enhancements or code modification including new development must be in compliance with Section 508 — Americans Disabilities Rehabilitation Act that permits users with special needs to fully access Federal systems.

The scope and objectives of this task order shall include the successful completion of various assigned tasks that support the system development, implementation, operation, troubleshooting of the Department’s existing GSS and new HR systems.

Technologies: SharePoint, JavaScript, ASP, .NET, C-Sharp (C#), XML, HTML, XSLT, SQL, SQL Server and Visual Basic (VB).
