Senior Construction Manager

Position Overview
SD Solutions is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee facilities construction projects supporting the 7th Civil Engineer Squadron at Dyess AFB.
The individual will monitor contractor performance, conduct inspections, support project execution, and ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform construction surveillance and field inspections.
- Monitor contractor compliance with plans and specifications.
- Review contractor schedules, submittals, and cost breakdowns.
- Track project risks, delays, and performance issues.
- Coordinate issue resolution with project stakeholders.
- Support acquisition planning and project development.
- Participate in technical interchange meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Maintain project tracking records.
- Support QA/QC activities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support project closeout activities.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Confidential clearance
- Minimum 8 years of construction management experience
- Experience inspecting complex construction projects
