Position Overview
Supports Army Operational Contract Support (OCS) force design and personnel analysis activities by evaluating organizational structures, workforce requirements, and capability needs aligned with Army force management processes. Conducts research and analysis in accordance with Army regulations, including AR 71-32, to develop Force Design Updates (FDUs), Military Occupational Classification Structure (MOCS) recommendations, and personnel solutions that enhance OCS capability across the Total Force.
Leverages authoritative systems and data sources such as FMSWeb, IPPS-A, and PAMWEB to assess current and future force structure, identify gaps, and support data-driven workforce planning. Coordinates with CASCOM, TRADOC Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to synchronize force design and personnel requirements, and produces analytical reports, memoranda, and recommendations to inform senior leader decision-making and Army modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze force structure in accordance with AR 71-32
- Develop Force Design Updates and MOCS recommendations
- Pull and analyze data from FMSWeb, IPPS-A, and PAMWEB
- Coordinate with TRADOC and CASCOM stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, management, or a related discipline
- 4+ years force development experience
- Experience with FMSWeb, MOCS, PAMWEB
Target Candidate Profile
- Former FA50 or force management personnel
- Experience in CASCOM or TRADOC environments
- Background in manpower or organizational design
Work Location
- Hybrid, remote work authorized
Salary
- $95,000 to $125,000
