Position Summary
Provide senior oversight for facility engineering, capital improvement, renovation, and construction programs. This position supports a Federal facilities engineering program and requires close coordination with Government stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and delivery of facility engineering and construction projects.
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders and contractors.
- Monitor schedule, budget, quality, and project performance.
- Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Federal standards and safety requirements.
- Support project meetings and resolve project issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- 20+ years managing Federal/commercial construction projects including projects exceeding $50M.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting Federal construction, engineering, or facilities programs preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience supporting DHS, DoD, GSA, USACE, NAVFAC, or VA.
- Federal construction and facilities experience.

Security Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust/PIV credential.
Work Location
- Full-time onsite in Laurel, Maryland with limited travel as required.
