We support DHS, DoD, HHS, Treasury, and other agencies with program management, engineering, facilities, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and acquisition support.
Position Summary
Support document control, project reporting, and construction administration. This position supports a Federal facilities engineering program and requires close coordination with Government stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Maintain document control systems.
- Track action items, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Support project reporting and construction administration.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years supporting engineering documentation and project administration.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting Federal construction, engineering, or facilities programs preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting DHS, DoD, GSA, USACE, NAVFAC, or VA.
- Federal construction and facilities experience.

- Primavera P6
- Construction documentation
- Project controls
Security Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust/PIV credential.
Work Location
- Full-time onsite in Laurel, Maryland with limited travel as required.
