Role Summary

The Lead FITARA Analyst leads agency-wide implementation of FITARA requirements and supports IT governance, reporting, and coordination activities across SAMHSA. This role ensures compliance with federal IT management mandates and supports continuous improvement of IT investment oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FITARA planning, implementation, and governance activities
• Coordinate FITARA reporting, scorecards, and data submissions
• Support IT planning, budgeting, acquisition, and performance management
• Develop FITARA improvement plans, SOPs, and training materials
• Brief senior leadership and stakeholder councils on FITARA status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated experience implementing FITARA in a federal environment

Work Environment

Hybrid position supporting SAMHSA cybersecurity operations. On-site support required at SAMHSA headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, with remote work permitted as approved by the Government.

Clearance Requirements

Public Trust clearance required. Ability to obtain and maintain clearance is mandatory.
