American automobile legend Henry Ford designed a very successful “Model T” car for all people, which was named Car of the Century. Using this inspiration, SD Solutions, LLC designed “Transformation Framework” or “T-Framework”, which can be tailored to fit every organization’s vision, mission, goals and objectives.
The T-Framework uses four (4) distinct features – Discovery, Tailored Approach, Transformation and Scale. The Discovery feature involves needs assessment and helps the leadership teams understand gaps and impediments. The Tailored Approach customizes the transformation plan to fit the organization-specific needs and resolves the impediments. The Transformation step involves coaching, training, pilot, refinement and adoption. Scaling results in maturity and establishing centers of excellence.
