The Management Analyst supports IRS by gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical and business requirements. This role is essential in translating stakeholder needs into actionable specifications for development teams and ensures proper alignment with federal compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

- Elicit and document requirements from IRS stakeholders and programs.

- Translate functional needs into technical specifications.

- Support change request creation and follow-through.

- Participate in OneSDLC artifact development and risk assessment.

- Assist in preparing presentations, training materials, and status reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

- Experience with 2+ IT data projects focused on data pipelines or warehousing.

- Familiarity with federal government processes and documentation standards.

- Requirements Management Tools (e.g., Jama, Jira)

- OneSDLC Process Documentation

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project)

- Basic understanding of ETL, SQL, and cloud platforms

- Analytical Thinking & Documentation

- Stakeholder Communication

- Process Improvement & Gap Analysis

- Attention to Detail
