IT Modernization and Application Development for US Tax Reform Implementation

September 2018: SD Solutions, LLC won a contract award to support the implementation of US Government’s 2018 Tax Reform Legislation. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will need to update dozens of Legacy IT systems. These updates are needed to accommodate hundreds of newly revised tax
forms. Specifically, this support is needed to implement the 2018 Tax Reform legislation and other IRS initiatives that require modifications to legacy systems. This effort requires the services and support of Project Managers, Business Analysts, System Architects, Software Developers, Subject Matter Experts (SME), Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts and Technical Writers. SD Solutions, LLC will provide benefit to the IRS by also having project level expertise, as well as extensive knowledge of the Current Processing Environment (CPE) and Legacy IRS systems and IRS project(s).

The scope also includes Data Cleansing, Validation, Conversion, and Integration. Specialized experience and expertise include:

SD Solutions, LLC wins a Competitive, Multi-year Prime Contract to manage Cybersecurity Operations

September 2015:

SD Solutions, LLC has recently won a multi-year, competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and the first year call to manage the Cybersecurity Operations at the US Federal Election Commission. Under this prime contract, SD Solutions, LLC will help the agency safeguard its IT assets by providing services in the areas of System Inventory, Network scanning, Testing and Remediation of vulnerabilities and threats, Patch Management, Training, and Management of Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M).

Competitive Prime Contract Award to Provide CISO Advisory, Gap Analysis and FISMA Services

August 2014

US Federal Election Commission (FEC) has awarded a competitive, prime CISO Advisory contract award to SD Solutions, LLC. Under this contract, SD Solutions, LLC will provide CISO Advisory, Asset Inventory Management, Gap Analysis, FISMA Compliance, Network Maps, Data Center Reviews and develop recommendations to strengthen the overall Cybersecurity aspects of the agency.

SBA 8 (a) Certification

May 2015:

SD Solutions, LLC has been approved to participate in SBA’s 8(a) Program. Key Benefits include:

  • SD Solutions, LLC can receive sole-source contracts, up to a ceiling of $4 million.
  • We are also able to form joint ventures and teams to bid on contracts. This enhances our ability to perform larger prime contracts and overcome the effects of contract bundling, the combining of two or more contracts together into one large contract.

Elected to Board of Directors at Chamber of Commerce

November 2014: Balaji Venkatesan of SD Solutions, LLC was elected to the Board of Directors at the Chamber of Commerce (Luray-Page County) during its 88th Annual Banquet. Mr. Venkatesan will represent IT and HUBZone firms in the county and he will work with business owners, officials, and elected leaders to promote business and tourism throughout the county. August 2014

SD Solutions, LLC has won a competitive Cybersecurity / CIO Advisory PRIME contract from US Federal Election Commission (FEC). Under this mission-critical contract, our team will inventory the IT systems and infrastructure, perform gap analysis and provide recommendations to the agency’s CISO and CIO to strengthen all aspects of Cybersecurity.
